Fear, this is a word that strikes most people with a sense of discomfort, a word that invokes an image or feeling of terror, a memory, or a phobia long haunting the inner most part of a person's being.

This very emotional feeling of dread is about to morph from its typical abilities to grip the heart with unearthly icy tentacles, paralyze the mind with its voracious anxiety, clench the flesh with its terrifying anticipation of facing a whole slew of frightful unknowns, and when left unchecked its ability to put the soul in critical care as the soul struggles to fight off the virulent dose of slow painful quietus (Release from life; death) into an instantaneous killer.

This new heart stopper will yield a mortality rate higher than AIDS, Malaria, and the Black Plague, an emotion that will not only be felt by its victims but in all actuality will be seen manifested in this physical realm (as physical things) unlike any other time in the history of mankind. This manifestation is so terrifying that the majority of mankind will fall dead where they stand at the sight of these things and events that emanates this otherworldly fear.

Luke 21:26
Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.

This is just one of the many things to come upon the wicked, though we in CHRIST JESUS will also see such things, we can take comfort in the fact that this "advanced fear and its physical realities" has already been defeated by JESUS CHRIST at the cross and He has already placed within us HIS SPIRIT that enables us to victoriously defeat and overwhelmingly overcome these evils. So as 1,000 drop to our left and 10,000 to our right in fear, we can stand tall in the coming days that will cause so many to keel over before this final age of earth expires.

Talking to my dear sister Carla (known by some as Cjlilly77) yesterday, she expressed with me the need to stay focused and not forget our first love JESUS CHRIST. Many in this hour are becoming consumed with trying through their own lacking ability to understand the coming events, trials, and the return of certain fallen ones, rather than looking to JESUS CHRIST and allowing HIM to divulge understanding at the proper time and in the proper pace.

Often it would seem that upon our first tastes of knowledge curiosity takes off and immediately rushes to find the recipe. I am guilty of this, and needed to be reminded to be more absorbed in JESUS CHRIST than in the things HE desires for us to understand in HIS time, of which I am very grateful that the LORD used my dear sister to remind me even though she didn't think it was directed to me. We serve an awesome GOD who is always looking out after HIS children.

As I stated at the beginning, a fear will soon come that will consume the majority of mankind in a way not seen since the beginning of time, this is not just my opinion, but seems to be the jest of what the scripture entails. As frightening as this fear truly is, we should not fear it, rather there is only one fear that we should be concerned with as the children of the LIVING GOD, the fear of reverence.

Proverbs 1:7
The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.

Proverbs 9:10
The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding.

Proverbs 8:13
The fear of the LORD is to hate evil: pride, and arrogancy, and the evil way, and the froward mouth, do I hate.

In these three verses found in Proverbs we find a picture of what kind of fear we should contain in our heart. This is not a destructive fear, rather when this fear is void of our being fear becomes destructive. Fearing the LORD is the key, trusting JESUS CHRIST is the key to the knowledge and wisdom needed in the coming hour. This reverential fear is instilled in our heart when we hate evil, pride, arrogance, the evil way, and the froward mouth, all of the things that our FATHER hates and all of these things are negative traits we should strive to omit from our daily lives through the strength found only in the BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST.

We are given many promises if we will so choose to fear our FATHER and not fear itself.

Isaiah 33:6
And wisdom and knowledge shall be the stability of thy times, and strength of salvation: the fear of the LORD is his treasure.

By fearing the LORD we receive HIS treasure of wisdom and knowledge that gives us stability in unstable times. His treasure is a refuge, a pavilion from the raging storm, and a place of peace by the still waters in the valley of the shadow of death. In HIM we are to fear no evil, HIS rod and HIS staff comforts us, in this comfort is found a peace that exceeds all understanding, and we should take confidence knowing this stability shakes the strongholds of satan causing the minions of hell to flee from the LIGHT OF JESUS CHRIST that radiates from the possessors of the SPIRIT OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD!

Matt 24:24
For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

We know that in the coming days many will be deceived, even the very elect. Yet if we strive to maintain the proper fear in this hour, our fear in the HEAVENLY FATHER, we will obtain the wisdom and knowledge needed to see through such deceits that rise. Our FATHER loves us and desires us to possess the knowledge and wisdom of discernment, but as HIS word states, this is only receivable to those who fear HIM, those who rely on HIM to give the knowledge and wisdom needed and not from a vain fruitless fleshly pursuit.

Proverbs 1:26-29
I also will laugh at your calamity; I will mock when your fear cometh; 27 When your fear cometh as desolation, and your destruction cometh as a whirlwind; when distress and anguish cometh upon you. 28 Then shall they call upon me, but I will not answer; they shall seek me early, but they shall not find me: 29 For that they hated knowledge, and did not choose the fear of the LORD:

The fear of the LORD is obtained through relationship, period. If you have no relationship with the HEAVENLY FATHER you will not receive understanding, you will not have stability, and you will not survive in this world or in the life after. Our GOD is a jealous GOD, if that offends, well, no apologies. It is the truth, our FATHER desires our affection, attention, and willful obedience established only in relationship. He will never demand we pursue a relationship with him, that must be done upon our own free will but HE makes the reward of such a relationship truly inconceivable in the mortal mind of man. What amazes me is how the majority of mankind still willfully decides to live life as seen fit through their eyes and continually rejects a relationship with GOD, only to later demand in the onslaught of crisis to be protected and spared from the same evil they sleep with.

John 3:19-21
And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. 20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. 21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

Many, the majority, have chosen darkness instead of the light, a choice that all at one point or another has to make. We have all seen darkness, some longer than others, but the fact that we have chosen the LIGHT of JESUS CHRIST entitles us to promises made to all who receive HIS FREE GIFT OF SALVATION. Having received HIS words and having hid HIS commandments within us, HE promises us the following: (this is just some of the promises, the BIBLE is full of promises for those who are faithful.)

Proverbs 2:1-15
My son, if thou wilt receive my words, and hide my commandments with thee; 2 So that thou incline thine ear unto wisdom, and apply thine heart to understanding; 3 Yea, if thou criest after knowledge, and liftest up thy voice for understanding; 4 If thou seekest her as silver, and searchest for her as for hid treasures; 5 Then shalt thou understand the fear of the LORD, and find the knowledge of God. 6 For the LORD giveth wisdom: out of his mouth cometh knowledge and understanding. 7 He layeth up sound wisdom for the righteous: he is a buckler to them that walk uprightly. 8 He keepeth the paths of judgment, and preserveth the way of his saints. 9 Then shalt thou understand righteousness, and judgment, and equity; yea, every good path. 10 When wisdom entereth into thine heart, and knowledge is pleasant unto thy soul; 11 Discretion shall preserve thee, understanding shall keep thee: 12 To deliver thee from the way of the evil man, from the man that speaketh froward things; 13 Who leave the paths of uprightness, to walk in the ways of darkness; 14 Who rejoice to do evil, and delight in the frowardness of the wicked; 15 Whose ways are crooked, and they froward in their paths:

We are promised to find the knowledge of GOD, wisdom, knowledge, understanding, HE is our buckler, keeps the path of judgment, preserves, understand righteousness, understand judgment, understand equity, understand every good path, discretion will preserve and understanding keep, and even deliver us from the way of the evil man. We have so many promises made to us if we will just fear the LORD.

JESUS CHRIST admonishes us to:

Luke 12:4,5
And I say unto you my friends, Be not afraid of them that kill the body, and after that have no more that they can do. 5 But I will forewarn you whom ye shall fear: Fear him, which after he hath killed hath power to cast into hell; yea, I say unto you, Fear him.

Once again, don't fear fear itself or those who perpetrate fear, rather ONLY FEAR THE HEAVENLY FATHER. HE says, so what if they kill your body, don't fear them, only fear the one with the power to cast you into hell. This is one powerful statement, yet JESUS CHRIST goes one step further, a true sign of HIS love and understanding of our lives,

Luke 12:6,7
6 Are not five sparrows sold for two farthings, and not one of them is forgotten before God? 7 But even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not therefore: ye are of more value than many sparrows.

This is a testament that we can bank on. This helps to place into perspective our need to not be terrified of anything, only to place a reverential fear in the ONE and ONLY I AM.

I hope that I have encouraged all who read this to understand the placement of our fear and what kind of fear we should aspire to obtain and what fear we should aspire to reject. We know that troubling times lay before us, we know that many will be faced with a fear so brutal that the very life will leave their bones, but

DO NOT FEAR THE DAYS THAT LAY BEFORE YOU! AS A CHILD OF THE LIVING GOD THE LORD HAS PREPARED A WAY, A PLACE, AND THE MEANS FOR YOUR PRESERVATION IF YOU WILL ONLY FEAR AND TRUST IN HIM.

KEEP YOUR EYES FOCUSED UPON THE THINGS ABOVE AND NOT UPON THE THINGS THAT SURROUNDS YOU, THE THINGS THAT YOUR ENEMY USES TO PROPAGATE FEAR, ONLY DIRECT YOUR AFFECTION, REVERENCE, AND OBEDIENCE TO THE HIGHEST KING ON THE HIGHEST THRONE AND HE WILL SEE US THROUGH OUR MOST TERRIFYING SITUATIONS. THE DAYS ARE DARK, BUT JESUS HAS BEEN DEFEATING DARKNESS SINCE HE SAID LET THERE BE LIGHT!
