Deuteronomy 28
15 But it
shall come to pass, if thou wilt not hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe to do all his commandments and
his statutes which I command thee this day; that all these curses shall come upon thee, and overtake thee:
17Cursed shall be thy basket and thy store.
18Cursed shall be the
fruit of thy body, and the fruit of thy land, the increase of thy kine, and the flocks of thy sheep.
31 Thine ox shall be slain before thine eyes, and thou shalt not
eat thereof: thine ass shall be violently taken away from before thy face, and shall not be restored to thee: thy sheep shall
be given unto thine enemies, and thou shalt have none to rescue them.
33 The fruit of thy land, and all thy labours, shall a nation which thou knowest not eat up; and
thou shalt be only oppressed and crushed alway:
The
driver of the U.S. economy is the consumer -- consumer spending accounts for 70% of the nation's GDP. And the consumer is
down and out.
Americans
have lost 40% of their wealth in the past two years. More than $4 trillion in credit lines will have vanished by year-end.
The real unemployment rate (unemployed, discouraged and part-time workers wanting full-time work) is roughly 20%; and weekly
work hours and wages are stagnant. In short, most consumers have no extra income to spend. (Excerpt from 5 reasons the market could crash in October)
The United
States of America is melting in the fires of Yahweh's judgment. The gods of material, wealth, and greed are all crumbling
before the presence of Jehovah. Many are too blind to see the shaking under the false foundation of prosperity. Prosperity
is one of the final signs of Yahweh's impending judgment and wrath upon an unrepentant and continually sinful nation
that has failed to heed His divine warnings.
The
United States of America has seen her years of wealth. Never again will she see the days of her past prosperity. She has failed
to heed the warnings of repentance and remission of sin.
Today,
September 21, 2009, is the last day of summer and the day before the fall. Not only will the remainder of the United States
of America's wealth become as vapor, the same winds that whisked away her wealth will bring destruction.
The fiery winds of Yahweh's Judgment will sweep through her chambers
and cause devastation.
