Ida is the 11th storm to reach tropical depression status of the Atlantic Hurricane Season and the 9th storm to receive a name.

E.W. Bullinger says this about the following numbers

• + 11 - If ten is the number which marks the perfection of Divine order, then eleven is an addition to it, subversive of and undoing that order. If twelve is the number which marks the perfection of Divine government, then eleven falls short of it. Pronounced: IE-də (English), EE-dah (German, Dutch) [key]

Derived from the Germanic element id meaning "work, labour". This name was brought to England by the Normans, though it eventually died out there in the Middle Ages. It was strongly revived in the 19th century, in part due to the heroine in Alfred Lord Tennyson's poem 'The Princess' (1847), which was later adapted into the play 'Princess Ida' (1884) by Gilbert and Sullivan.

Though the etymology is unrelated, this is the name of a mountain on the island of Crete where, according to Greek myth, the god Zeus was born.

BTW, the Greeks called Zeus - Zeus (son of Cronus, later associated with TIME, both in the grim reaper sense and as in the Father of Time), the Romans called him Jupiter (son of Saturn, the holiday celebrated Dec 19 in which Saturn was UNBOUND), the Israelites called him Baal (son of Dagon).

I was told at the beginning of the Atlantic Hurricane Season to keep my eye on Ida. Why? I am still not sure, but coming from a sister in Christ it could be the Holy Spirit was planting a seed.

Let us continue to keep our eyes on this storm while keeping our spiritual eyes and ears on the Holy Spirit for further direction. Though in this hour, these things should not be overlooked and tossed aside. I still haven't let my guard down for a late surprise.

It would seem hardly anyone took note of an event that recently transpired at the UN. Of all the news sources available in the world today, during this age of information, I could only find one that even reported it.

The Word of the LORD GOD JEHOVAH went forth unto the nations!

Per the written words of the prophet Joel, words undoubtedly inspired by the HOLY SPIRIT, JEHOVAH spoke to the UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon and the UN's member states.

Yet in this day and deplorable age a news event like this is an apparent non-event in the eyes of most men (and women). Are these the last days?

The Word of the LORD is no insignificant side issue. The Word of the LORD spoke the universe into existence, brought life unto the bones of all living things, and even breathed the very soul of man within the clothes of flesh. His Word has gone before every nation, from the first to the last, for JEHOVAH is the Alpha and Omega. NO man, NO nation, NO matter how great or insignificant has ever been outside of the Word of the LORD GOD JEHOVAH! Nothing is outside or unaffected by the Word of the LORD.

The Word of the LORD has been and will be forever. The Word of the LORD has forever been with JEHOVAH because the WORD is JEHOVAH, JESUS CHRIST, and the HOLY SPIRIT.

The implications of what transpired in a little talked about letter sent by the Sanhedrin of Israel to the UN is a warning of the most extreme and highest degree. It was a decree from the Holiest Lips, written millennia ago for this very hour.

In the English Bible the warning is found in the 3rd chapter of Joel, in the Jewish Bible, chapter 4.

Christians, look past the vehicle of delivery; it doesn't matter that the letter was delivered by the Sanhedrin. In this hour and on a world platform, especially in light of the spirit that has been resurrected from the ashes of Philistia and embraced by the UN (nations of the world), it must come from Israel. We must remember that it is not the Sanhedrin that is in control of the Word of the LORD, for JEHOVAH will use who HE will and direct the actions of men for HIS purpose. He has used Assyrians to carry out HIS will when HIS children went astray. Why then would HE not use the Sanhedrin to carry out HIS will?

The authority of the Word of the LORD went forth, of which there is no greater.

To some, the letter sent by the Sanhedrin won't seem like anything, to others, they too will see its importance and what it will mean for the UN (the nations) who fail to heed.

Like it or not, Joel prophesied a few weeks ago at the UN. He may not have been there in flesh, but the Words that JEHOVAH placed within his lips for the day that fast approaches were. We must all take heed.

... We have heard a rumor (report) from the LORD, and an ambassador is sent among the heathen (nations), Arise ye, and let us rise up against her in battle. Obadiah 1:1

(IsraelNN.com) The Sanhedrin has warned the UN General Assembly not to hold a plenum debate this Wednesday on the anti-Israel Goldstone Report.

In a letter to UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon and the UN's member states, the Sanhedrin warns that continued consideration of what it calls the "hostile, fallacious, and malicious" Goldstone document will bring upon the world the catastrophic events described in the Bible's Book of Joel, Chapter 4.

The Goldstone commission found Israel guilty of committing war crimes during its anti-terror Cast Lead offensive in Gaza early this year. Many in Israel feel that the commission's purpose was to categorize Israel's attempt to fight the same terrorist threat that threatens the entire world as "war crimes."

The Sanhedrin is an initiative of recent years to recreate the traditional supreme legal tribunal in Judaism.

The letter reminds the UN that when it was decided in Geneva two weeks ago to have its Security Council discuss and approve the Goldstone Report, "we sent you a copy of the injunction issued by the Sanhedrin's Court that prohibits any of the UN institutions from deliberating on this matter."

The Sanhedrin then explained by what authority it issues injunctions to the United Nations: "The International Court of the Sanhedrin operates by the power of the Bible, the only Holy Writ whose essence was handed over to mankind at Mt. Sinai [the Torah], and of the Prophets, sent to all nations of the world and universally held in respect by them. By virtue of this delegated authority, passed down from one generation to the next ever since the time of Moses our teacher, the master of all of prophets, and by virtue of the succession of authority in Jewish tradition, we appealed to you that you might not fail and thus fail the world, bringing upon it catastrophe."

The letter states that the Goldstone Report is an "attack on the State of Israel, and thus an attack on the Jewish People, in order to try to remove it from the stage of history by an unprecedented shedding of blood - tacitly encouraging Iran and those like it to continue to develop weapons of mass destruction while the rest of the world sits by and looks on... We are convinced that the continued discussion of this report, which is lacking all moral basis, will lead the nations of the world, and all of mankind, to the judgment that will take place in Jerusalem in the Valley of Jehoshafat, as written in the Prophets and Torah of Israel."

Joel 4 is then cited:

"I will gather all nations, and will bring them down into the valley of Jehoshafat; and I will enter into judgment with them there for My people and for My heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations, and divided My land... And the children of Judah and the children of Jerusalem you have sold to the children of the Jevanim, in order to distance them from their border. Behold I will arouse them from the place where you sold them, and I will return your retribution upon your head. And I will sell your sons and daughters into the hands of the children of Judah... Announce this among the nations: Prepare war, arouse the mighty men... Beat your plowshares into swords and your pruning hooks into spears... Gather and come, all you nations from around - and they shall gather; there the Lord shall break your mighty men... for their evil is great...

"And the Lord shall roar from Zion, and from Jerusalem He shall give forth His voice, and the heavens and earth shall quake, and the Lord is a shelter to His people and a stronghold for the children of Israel. And you shall know that I, the Lord your God, dwell in Zion, My holy mount, and Jerusalem shall be holy, and strangers shall no longer pass through there.... And Egypt shall become desolate, and Edom shall be a desert waste, because of the violence done to the children of Judah, because they shed innocent blood in their land. But Judah shall remain forever, and Jerusalem throughout all generations."

The Sanhedrin suggests that instead of considering the one-sided report, "you should establish an investigative committee agreed upon by the Jewish people and the Government of Israel, to investigate the background to the outbreak of Operation Cast Lead and the UN's contribution to its outbreak, together with additional factors... This could be your blessed initiative, accepting upon yourself and your organization the original spirit that formed its basis: to establish peace in the world acting for the King of the universe."

The Sanhedrin concludes by advising that the verse from the Prophet Isaiah - "Let them beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks and they shall not learn war anymore"- that is engraved on the United Nations wall "will never be realized via the Goldstone Report and the traditional policy of the UN regarding the State of Israel. [Instead,] your welcome action [as advised above] is anxiously awaited by all mankind. You have the power to help contribute to the prevention of wars."

The letter is signed by Rabbi Dov Stein, Secretary of the Sanhedrin, and Rabbi Prof. Hillel Weiss, spokesman.

If not for my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Prayers for the People would cease to exist.

 

Jehovah has given me everything that I have needed to create, maintain, and supply the site, all under His instruction.

 

He has given me the creative ability, skill, passion, and time to see the site transform into the website that I had dreamed it would one day become.

 

This last week I ran into several roadblocks, but each time I stopped and prayed for guidance, and each time every roadblock was overcome. This site should not be up or looking the way it does, so with that in mind, PRAISE THE LORD!

 

I would like to thank my wife and daughter for all the free time they have given up this last week with me so I could work diligently on completing the goal set before me. Thank You Lord for blessing me with such a wonderful family! Please keep them safely in Your hands Father.
